This class is a continuation of Single Herbs I – all the essential single herbs you need to know to pass the NCCAOM herbology exam. Contraindications, functions, important dosages, antagonist herbs, and cautions are discussed.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas I
This class starts with an introduction and overview of the NCCAOM formulas. It covers the Release Exterior, Drain Downward and Harmonizing categories.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas II
This class continues covering the formula categories covered on the NCCAOM Exam. It covers Clear Heat Warm Interior, Release Exterior and Interior Excess.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas III
This class is a detailed review of each of the NCCAOM formulas. It covers the categories of Tonify, Stabilize and Bind and Calm Spirit.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas IV
Formulas IV continues the review of NCCAOM Formulas. In this class we cover the formula categories of Regulate Qi, Regulate Blood, and Expel Wind.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas V
This class covers formulas of the NCCAOM Herbology module. In this class, the instructor will cover Treat Dryness, Expel Dampness and Dissolve Phlegm.

NCCAOM Herbology: Formulas VI
NCCAOM Formulas class VI is the last class of the NCCAOM Herbology module. In this class we will cover formulas in the Digestive Formula category.

Most modern computers can stream videos and live events with no problem. In order to participate in the TCM Review exam prep courses, please consider your internet speed.

We use Vimeo to stream our class videos. Watching a YouTube video with no problem is not a good indicator of whether you will be able to participate in the course (especially live webinars) without interruption – the quality of YouTube videos is much lower.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Recorded videos – at least 2-3 mbps download speed
• Live webinars – at least 4-6 mbps download speed and 6-10 mbps of upload speed
