Each course is allowed two extensions maximum. Before you reach out for an extension, we’ve got a few guidelines we’d like you to glance over. To extend your course, your account needs to be active.

We need a screenshot showing one of the following:

  1. Your upcoming test date (Picture of your CAB / PSI / CARB portal with the URL + your name + upcoming test date); or
  2. Your current MASTER’S school enrollment. PhD programs do not count for school enrollment. (Picture of your school’s student portal with the URL + your name + current class schedule); or
  3. A recent (in the last two months) letter of failure from one of the three testing agencies.

Lastly, please keep it honest with your documents. Submitting anything forged or tampered with could lead to being suspended or even permanently barred from accessing TCM Review Seminars materials. Each verification document can only be submitted once for each extension request.

Any screenshot must include your full name. Once we receive either piece of information, we can move forward with your extension.

If you happen to have expired courses, unfortunately, you won’t be able to extend or upgrade them. However, we do offer a grace period of up to two weeks from the day your course expires. During this time, if you can provide one of the three verification documents, we can reactivate and extend or upgrade your course for you.

All Ultimate level memberships come with FREE extensions until you pass your exam. The same criteria above applies.
